For the third instalment in my ‘Notes on Photography’ series, I’m honoured to feature Teneil Kable. What can I say about her work? It’s nothing short of mesmerising, utterly breathtaking and all kinds of inspiring, to say the least. Every time I’ve seen her work I’m simply blown away. In her own words:
“Photographing weddings isn’t just one of the most amazing experiences, its a privilege. More often than not you are the only person who gets to experience every aspect of the day and from all perspectives. My intuition guides me to follow the light, the movement, the moment. Collectively bringing together the celebration, a quiet connection, a sense of place and time and a detailed approach.
My own personal style is one of minimalism, line, light and shade but you need to adapt to all stylised approaches as very often couples are wanting you to inject not only your own aesthetic but theirs also. Its a collaborative experience and one that I thoroughly enjoy.“
